Sr Associate Software Development Engineer
About The Position
Workday is seeking Senior Software Engineers to join its growing Multi-cloud platform engineering team. This team supports the multi-cloud platform that enables Workday to run on the Public Cloud (AWS/GCP). The role involves architecture, design, development, deployment, and ownership of critical platform services. The team aims to accelerate and ease the adoption of Workday’s solution for consultants, internal Workday service teams, and technical partners who set up new customers in the Workday application, including migrating data from existing landscapes into the Workday cloud. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, platform engineering, and operations, and wants to make an impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Sr Associate Software Development Engineer-related occupation.
- 2 years (24 months) of experience with AWS or GCP
- 2 years (24 months) of experience with Kubernetes platform
- 2 years (24 months) of experience in software development using Go Lang, Java or Ruby
- 2 years (24 months) of experience with Agile environments and Agile development methodologies
- 2 years (24 months) of experience in developing automation solutions such as CI /CD tools.
