This role is integral to delivering a high-quality, patient-centered experience in a fast-paced clinical setting. In this highly patient-facing role, you’ll act as a trusted point of contact—meeting with patients after their provider visit, coordinating surgical and pre-operative appointments, and helping them feel informed, comfortable, and confident every step of the way. If you enjoy working under pressure, making real-time decisions, and being part of a collaborative, high-performing team, we’d love to meet you. What sets this role apart: Highly patient-facing with meaningful, one-on-one interactions Involvement in surgical scheduling for both clinic and operating room procedures Opportunity to support patients through both medical and elective vision care A dynamic environment that blends customer service, coordination, and clinical support
