Taco Bell is looking for a Sr. Associate Manager of Integrated Paid Media to lead Value and Cantina Media and Marcom planning with a focus on immediate business impact. This role acts as the organizational engine that translates audience insights into high-performing media executions. You are a cross-functional expert who understands the technical "why" behind our media decisions and can effectively influence internal teams and agencies to ensure all marketing mechanisms are working in lockstep. Your primary lever for impact is deeply-rooted audience strategies and tactics designed to drive transactions and build sales overnight while strengthening the brand over time. You will be responsible for acquiring new, light, and lapsed customers through a strategic mix of mass and targeted media, while simultaneously engineering plans to protect and grow the frequency of our active customer base. You serve as the connective tissue across our Marcom strategy, ensuring that Owned, Earned, and Paid levers are unified within a single, cohesive experience to drive maximum penetration and growth for the Taco Bell brand.
