About The Position

Comcast Integrated Marcom Co-op is a paid, 6-month immersive experience for Drexel University students pursuing a bachelor's degree with a cooperative learning track. This program offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build connections, and grow professionally within Comcast's dynamic and inclusive environment. Participants will work alongside talented professionals on meaningful projects that contribute to real business outcomes, gaining exposure to the inner workings of a global media and technology company. The program includes a custom onboarding experience, a curated learning series, and networking events designed to help students build new skills, explore career paths, and gain insights from professionals across the organization. Comcast is committed to investing in the next generation of innovators and leaders through this transformative experience.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027.
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs.
  • Available to report in-person to the work location.
  • Skills: Accountability, Communication, Professional Etiquette, Relationship Building, Resilience, Teamwork.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Basic understanding of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Previous internship, co-op, or project experience in marketing.
  • Preferred Majors: Marketing, Advertising, Communications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and web channels.
  • Support content development and proofreading for marketing materials.
  • Help manage project timelines, creative requests, and campaign deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Assist with reporting and analysis of campaign performance.
  • Maintain organized documentation, assets, and campaign files.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
