Responsibilities

Design and execute culture programming, team activities, and recognition moments that reflect the spirit of the M&C organization.
Serve as M&C's liaison to the enterprise culture team, staying close to company-wide initiatives and finding meaningful ways to bring them to life within our team.
Own the planning and execution of key M&C gatherings, including monthly all hands meetings, town halls, and ELT offsites.
Manage logistics, build run-of-show documents, and collaborate with leaders on content and messaging for events.
Support internal communications efforts that keep the M&C team informed and aligned, helping craft messaging that is clear, timely, and on-brand.
