Taco Bell is seeking a Manager, Franchise Technology Engagement to lead franchise engagement operations across the Digital & Technology organization. This role will serve as a key connector between Taco Bell Technology, franchise organizations, Operations, PMO, and cross-functional business partners to drive alignment, communication, governance, and operational transparency across the D&T portfolio. This role is responsible for operationalizing franchise engagement processes and managing the communication cadence, governance forums, and stakeholder alignment activities that support major technology initiatives impacting 8,000+ Taco Bell restaurants across the U.S. market. The ideal candidate is highly organized, operationally minded, and comfortable navigating fast-paced cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders, priorities, and dependencies. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and executive presentation development skills, along with the ability to translate complex technology portfolio updates into clear and actionable franchise-facing content.
