About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our FP&A team at a pivotal moment in the company's growth. This role will own core forecasting and reporting responsibilities while developing deep expertise in our revenue model and financial data. You will work closely with the FP&A team and cross-functional partners to support ongoing planning cycles and contribute to strategic finance initiatives. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and meaningful opportunity to grow within the function.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical experience
  • Strong financial modeling skills - you can build from scratch or inherit someone else's model, and figure out how it works
  • Experience owning a forecast process end-to-end, not just supporting one
  • Instinct for documentation - you write things down, create process clarity, and leave things better than you found them
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and financial systems
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Intellectually curious and self-directed - you don't need to be told what to look into next

  • Financial services or fintech background preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute recurring forecasting and reporting deliverables, including monthly actuals, variance analysis, and rolling forecasts
  • Develop fluency in our revenue model including underlying data sources, assumptions, and drivers, and become a reliable resource across the team
  • Build and maintain financial models that support business decisions across product, operations, and executive leadership
  • Prepare materials for monthly business reviews and quarterly Board presentations
  • Identify opportunities to improve model efficiency, documentation, and reporting infrastructure
  • Support ad hoc analytical requests from Finance leadership and business partners
  • Contribute to strategic finance projects as the business evolves
