The Sr. Associate Director, Guild Partnerships is responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and management of seven (7) CHOC Guilds—community volunteer groups dedicated to raising funds in support of children and families served by CHOC. This role provides leadership and operational support to ensure alignment across all guilds, including coordinating meeting schedules, developing and managing event budgets, and ensuring activities support the strategic priorities of the CHOC Foundation and hospital. The Associate Director oversees the planning and execution of guild fundraising events, ensuring they remain within budget, achieve financial goals, and represent CHOC and Rady Children’s Health professionally within the donor community. Key responsibilities include sponsorship development, event planning and logistics, communications strategy and execution, vendor management, and volunteer recruitment, engagement, and administration.
