The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) is an MLS soccer club serving the greater Los Angeles area. LAFC is dedicated to building a world-class soccer club that represents the diversity of Los Angeles and is committed to delivering an unrivaled experience for fans. LAFC’s ownership group is comprised of local leaders and innovators of industry with intellectual capital, financial prowess, operations expertise, and success in the fields of entertainment, sports, technology, and media. LAFC is invested in the world’s game and Los Angeles, constructing, and developing the 22,000 seat BMO Stadium and a top-flight training center on the campus of Cal-State Los Angeles. The Director, Partnership Success, will lead the strategic management, activation, retention, and growth of a portfolio of LAFC corporate partnerships representing approximately $8 million to $10 million in annual revenue. Serving as the primary relationship owner for assigned partners, this individual will develop a deep understanding of each partner’s business objectives, ensure the successful execution of all contractual assets, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize partnership value throughout the relationship. The ideal candidate is a strategic, commercially minded partner and leader, who combines exceptional relationship management with operational excellence. This individual will be expected to anticipate partner needs, develop creative solutions, identify incremental revenue opportunities, and meet or exceed established retention, renewal, and upsell goals. Furthermore, this individual must be results driven having a partner-first mentality, strong executive presence, attention to detail, and the ability to turn partnership deliverables into impactful programs and long-term revenue growth for the Club. This position includes a base salary with competitive commission opportunities tied to renewal and incremental revenue performance. This role reports to the VP, Corporate Partnerships. LAFC is currently operating on a hybrid work model with a minimum of 2 in-office days per week. Please note that this may vary by role, and your scheduled in-office days are up to the discretion of your supervisor.
