Sr. Associate, Corporate Strategy
About The Position
The Corporate Strategy team works closely with Adobe’s top executives and its three business units (Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud) to ensure the company maintains its fast growth trajectory. The team has been instrumental in significant strategic decisions, including the transition to cloud, expansion into digital marketing leadership, and positioning in Generative AI. As an Associate, you will join a highly entrepreneurial team and be involved in developing product strategies, assessing technological trends like GenAI, analyzing the competitive landscape, determining future strategic positioning, and evaluating market adjacencies through build, buy, or partner strategies. This role involves driving projects and cross-functional initiatives to accelerate Adobe's long-term growth, providing direct support to senior executives on their most critical challenges, and offering unparalleled senior executive exposure, often serving as a pathway to operational and general management roles within the company.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience at a management consulting firm or within an equivalent corporate strategy group
- Experience operating in a digital/consumer internet or SaaS environment
- Proven track record of leading transformational change with increasing levels of responsibility
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, while staying focused on the big picture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presence in front of senior executives
- Creative problem solver with a bias for action
- Passionate about collaboration

- Prior understanding of digital marketing or digital advertising highly desired
