This entry level role on the Lab Product Strategy & Supplier Partnerships team, supports initiatives that drive portfolio growth, profitability, and customer value. As a key member of the team, you will combine business analysis, project coordination, and category support to help turn strategy into action. You'll develop insights, presentations, and tools that support decision-making and enable sales success while partnering with suppliers and cross-functional teams across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated early-career professional to gain exposure to category management, supplier relationships, portfolio strategy, and commercial execution in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Prior internship experience (ideally within the organization).
  • Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
  • A "doer" mindset with the ability to manage multiple tactical tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong curiosity and a desire to grow into a strategic thinking role.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Analyze category performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Create presentations, reports, and sales enablement materials.
  • Translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Support supplier onboarding and product launches.
  • Coordinate projects, timelines, and business priorities.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, supply chain, and analytics teams.
  • Support category planning, pricing, promotions, and assortment decisions.
  • Assist with supplier relationships and performance reviews.
  • Communicate category results and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Provide operational and project support for strategic initiatives.
