About The Position

Church & Dwight is seeking a Sr Associate Brand Manager / Associate Brand Manager to join their team. This role focuses on the Arm & Hammer Pet Care Natural Cat Litter and Litter Additives segments, which are fast-growing areas where Arm & Hammer is a leader. The position offers hands-on experience in driving a high-growth business, with involvement in innovation and in-store activation. The work environment is hybrid, based in Ewing, NJ, requiring in-person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.

Requirements

• BA/BS required.
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, or a marketing internship with a CPG company.
• Category analysis and forecasting experience.
• Familiarity with common consumer marketing research tools and techniques.
• Curiosity, energy, and a bias for action.

Nice To Haves

• MBA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing activities across consumer and trade promotions, special packs, sampling, PR programs, and in-store displays.
• Own product forecasting, supply chain management, and analysis of syndicated data (Circana).
• Partner with management to brief external creative agencies and guide projects through development milestones.
• Develop expertise in natural litter and litter additives segments, including the competitive landscape and consumer preferences.
• Collaborate daily with sales, supply chain, R&D, and agency partners.
