About The Position

Responsible for the coordination of projects, including small tenant improvements, assignments, capital improvements and building or site repairs for properties; may provide project management support to Project Managers or Directors for designated projects. This role involves reviewing requisitions, change orders, payment applications, and other project-related invoices. It also includes supporting staff in identifying site-specific requirements, estimating costs, preparing schedules, and coordinating work completion. The position requires participation in building evaluations (due diligence reviews) and assisting with physical audit reports, as well as aiding in the selection and contracting of consultants and construction contractors. Regular status reports on work in progress are expected, along with obtaining necessary approvals for organizational changes, project plans, and expenditures exceeding approved budgets. Related assignments in the daily operation of the group are also part of the responsibilities.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of prior work experience in architecture, construction or project management field is preferred

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelors degree with a major in architecture, engineering, building construction or other related technical area is preferred

Responsibilities
