About The Position

Sack Capital Partners is seeking an experienced Sr. Assistant Community Director to support sites within their South Bay portfolio, specifically in San Jose, CA, and Mountain View, CA. The ideal candidate is a self-starter looking for a great career opportunity with this growing Property Management company. Sack Capital Partners is a growing company in the Property Management industry, aiming to own and manage assets throughout the West coast region. Requirements

  • 4 years’ experience in Property Management.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for financial analysis and working with the Regional Manager to meet our financial goals.
  • Maintain quality control of property including curb appeal and inspections.
  • Responsible for all resident concerns and staying up to date on all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Assist with the management of maintenance programs and participate in the smooth execution of capital improvement projects.
  • Ensure the effective use of leasing strategies and oversee the marketing plan for the site.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all to ensure a positive rapport with residents, vendors, associates, and investors to leave a professional and positive impression of Sack Capital Partners.
  • Create a positive work environment to attain company objectives.
