About The Position

The Sr Assembler is responsible for the precision assembly of complex electronic and electro‑mechanical systems. This role requires advanced competency in assembling extremely small, fragile, and high‑tolerance components using microscopes, specialized fixtures, and detailed work instructions. Sr Assemblers work from schematics, diagrams, Bills of Material, and written or verbal instructions to produce high‑quality microscopic components for electronic test products. The role demands strong dexterity, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to derive and validate component tolerances, and the capability to thrive in a fast‑paced production environment. As an expert assembler, this role also provides training, leadership, and process‑improvement contributions within the assembly team.
