About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring! Stefanini is looking for an Assembler in Irvine, CA. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for buffing or polishing small parts, trimming parts, and completing simple assembly operations of large or medium-sized components, either by hand or with machine assistance. The Assembler will perform repetitive tasks to meet company quotas and ensure high-quality products are produced.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work with hand tools and machines
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred
