Requirements

• 0-5 years of relevant experience
• High degree of proficiency in mathematics and data entry to prevent financial discrepancies.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP (S4/HANA), Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Strong verbal and written skills to handle customer inquiries and internal departmental coordination professionally.
• A meticulous approach to spotting errors in complex datasets or contractual agreements.

Responsibilities

• Create, verify, and issue accurate invoices, credit memos, and payment reminders to customers via mail or electronic channels.
• Review purchase orders, shipment logs, and contracts to ensure billing details (prices, discounts, and taxes) are correct before issuance.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service departments to investigate and resolve billing inconsistencies or payment errors.
• Update and maintain customer master files, including contact information, payment terms, and historical billing records.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up with delinquent customers to agree on payment schedules.
• Generate regular reports on billing activity, cash flow, and outstanding balances for management review.
