About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Developer to design, develop, and improve business-critical applications and integrations. In this role, you will solve complex technical challenges, guide development standards, and collaborate with business partners to deliver secure, scalable, and user-focused solutions.

Requirements

Several years of professional software development experience, including ownership of complex projects.
Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages and related frameworks.
Experience with relational databases, APIs, source control, testing, and deployment practices.
Ability to analyze business processes and convert needs into effective technical solutions.
Working knowledge of application security, performance optimization, and software architecture.
Clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps tools, automated testing, or CI/CD pipelines.
Background supporting enterprise applications, data integrations, or reporting solutions.

Responsibilities
