About The Position

The Senior Analytics Consultant I is an advanced analytics professional with deep domain expertise and strong leadership abilities. They manage multiple complex projects, develop strategic recommendations, and lead discussions with senior stakeholders. With a focus on both technical execution and business impact, they act as a key advisor to clients and internal teams while fostering growth within the analytics team through mentorship and guidance.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or related fields, with a proven ability to manage teams and deliver impactful insights.
  • Experience working with clients and delivering actionable results.
  • Project management.
  • Apply deep knowledge of the healthcare and affordability industry to contextualize analytics and provide tailored insights.
  • Project Management methodologies.
  • SQL (Required): Develop, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries to handle complex data manipulation and reporting tasks.
  • BI Tool (Required): Create interactive, high-quality dashboards that enable deeper insights for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Data Visualization (Required): Lead the development of clear, visually compelling insights for executive presentations and client deliverables.
  • Statistics (Required): Apply statistical methods (e.g., correlation analysis, variance analysis) to interpret trends and identify actionable insights.
  • Communication (Oral & Written): Ability to listen actively and communicate key issues respectfully. Understand the need to share only relevant information. Ability to adapt to different audiences, ensuring that the message is clearly articulated.
  • Technical Knowledge: Uses the technical knowledge and abilities required in the specialist and professional job function to carry out the desired outcomes.
  • Accountable: Holds self and others accountable for measurable high-quality, prompt, and cost-effective results.
  • Analytical and Logical Reasoning: the use of reasoning and critical thinking to arrive at a root cause and work through a situation or problem. Analyses information to decide and find the most probable cause of the problem. Collects data to extract relevant information to find causes. Is able to rigorously evaluate, interpret, and integrate findings into solutions.
  • Service Orientation: anticipate, identify, and address the needs of customers/clients, sometimes before those needs are voiced. Actively looks for ways to help people; ability to be thoughtful, empathetic to the needs of others. Is prompt and courteous in ensuring that the customer's immediate needs or complaints are satisfied. Focuses on improving the level of service provided to external and internal customers.
  • Adhere to all Company Policies, Procedures, and other training consistent with ConnectiveRx's Information Security and Compliance Programs, including but not limited to the following compliances and regulations: SOC1, SOC2, PCI, HIPAA.
  • Maintain strict compliance with company and client policies regarding business rules and ethics, as well as applicable local, state and national federal laws.

Nice To Haves

  • Python (Plus): May use Python minimally, but focus remains on leveraging SQL and BI tools for analytics delivery.

Responsibilities
