About The Position

Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., is hiring an SR Analyst for an operation in Mesa, Arizona, supporting Boeing Aerospace. The operation manages a warehouse facility that provides pick-and-pack, sequencing, and inventory management support. The analyst monitors operational performance and compliance, analyzes inventory defects, prepares reports, investigates quality issues, and interacts with the customer to support satisfaction and operational results.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Moderate proficiency with office-based software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Able to work a maximum 40-hour work week.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a transportation, logistics, or distribution center environment is preferred.
• Associate’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP and EWM.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer-reported defects on inventory.
• Monitor daily productivity, SOP compliance, KPI performance, and invoicing.
• Interact with the customer daily and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports related to production, quality, safety, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepancies.
• Investigate and correct quality-related issues.
• Complete other tasks delegated by the customer and/or Quality Supervisor.
