About The Position

The Senior Analyst plays a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making processes within the organization by analyzing complex datasets and delivering actionable insights. This position requires synthesizing large volumes of information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support strategic business objectives. The Senior Analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement analytical models and reporting tools that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. They are responsible for communicating findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that insights translate into measurable business outcomes. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related analytical role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Analytics, or Business Administration.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for advanced data analysis.
• Familiarity with statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and predictive analytics.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum project environments.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
