Requirements

2+ years of consulting, business analytics, and/or other applicable experience in healthcare
HEDIS and data savvy
Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, experience working with large datasets
Ability to succinctly summarize and synthesize large amounts of information
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders

Nice To Haves

Experience/proficiency in SQL

Responsibilities

Collaborates with internal departments and vendor partners to identify and understand data and information needs.
Establishes processes and infrastructure to capture and house data from relevant sources.
Ensures data consistency across vendors and programs.
Makes extensive use of tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI and SQL requiring advanced skills.
Writes code and queries using languages such as R and SQL to capture, clean, consolidate, store, access, audit, visualize, trend and report on vendor performance data.
Creates new reporting, envisions, codes and implements data and report automation tools and processes to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Analyzes performance and provides summary reports and trending.
Identifies and escalates data accuracy concerns for partners to address.
Facilitates action-focused/data-centered conversations with stakeholders about opportunities and trends in the data.
Contributes to ad hoc special projects.
Prepare clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate performance metrics, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
