About The Position

The Workforce Analytics team provides reporting tools, analysis, and insights that empower leaders to make key people decisions and drive business value. Partnering with HR, finance and business leaders, the Senior Workforce Analyst builds scalable reporting tools, analyzes workforce trends, and applies statistical and visualization methods to deliver insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong people analytics, dashboarding, and technical skills with curiosity, resourcefulness, critical thinking, and strong interpersonal skills, and can translate complex data into a clear story that helps leaders understand what is happening, why it matters, and what actions they should consider.
