In this role you will: Analyze behavior across our digital properties and DTC business. Identifying trends and key drivers of sales, CRM and subscription growth. Lead the implementation and ongoing management of Adobe Analytics, tagging and tracking. Develop dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses that support business objectives and KPIs. Ensure robust data integrity, working to identify gaps and implement solutions for tracking and measurement. Continuously identify opportunities to improve site conversion, campaign efficiency, user experience and customer retention through data and insights. Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories and actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
