Requirements

  • Subject matter expert (SME) knowledge in provisioning enterprise products
  • Experience in operationalizing strategic plans for new product offerings (GTMs)
  • Ability to test, adopt, document, and communicate necessary changes
  • Experience managing contractor resources
  • Experience leading and participating in large cross-functional teams
  • Experience in maintaining backlog of new GTMs, supporting release timelines, driving testing efforts, and delivering knowledge transfer
  • Ability to address customer concerns and investigate product-specific challenges
  • Experience in scaling business through automation, including identifying ideas, partnering with technical teams, testing solutions, and leading enablement and organizational change
  • Proficiency in crafting and maintaining documentation such as job procedures, corporate policies, process flows, FAQs, and new hire onboarding documentation

Responsibilities

  • Team up with subject matter experts (SME's) to learn about our organization's processes and systems, specifically in the areas of provisioning enterprise products
  • Operationalize strategic plans for new product offerings (GTMs) by testing, adopting, documenting, and communicating necessary changes
  • Manage contractor resources, assigning GTM based on experience and balancing workload across the team
  • Lead and participate in large cross functional teams, driving the conversation around provisioning impact
  • In partnership with multiple internal operations teams, engineering and product management, maintain backlog of new GTMs, support release timelines, drive testing efforts, and deliver knowledge transfer
  • Aid the provisioning team, addressing customer concerns and tapping into expertise to investigate product specific challenges
  • Be a champion of scaling the business through automation by identifying ideas, partnering with technical teams for development, testing solutions, and leading enablement and organizational change
  • Crafts and maintains documentation crucial to performing the role. Includes: job procedures, corporate policies, process flows, FAQs, and new hire onboarding documentation
