The Senior Analyst, Savings Servicing Communications Product Management, will play a key role within the core team supporting our Consumer Savings products—the largest offering in the Banking portfolio, with over $120 billion in deposits. This individual will partner cross-functionally to develop, manage, and optimize customer servicing communications across channels and ensure alignment with customer needs, servicing priorities, and regulatory requirements, as the product continues to evolve. This role will also support major feature launches and ongoing compliance initiatives, in close collaboration with internal Deposits teams to drive consistency across products. With a focus on a critical customer experience touchpoint, this position offers a strong opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and success of the Savings portfolio.
