The Royal Caribbean Group’s Global E-Commerce Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Analyst, Product Management reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management. The position is onsite and based in Miami, Florida. The position is also not eligible for work authorization sponsorship. Position Summary The Sr. Product Analyst helps manage products and features for the Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises consumer sites. This role collaborates and assists Product Owners and Product Managers through the product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and potential optimizations. It is responsible for understanding current business practices and works collaboratively with internal and external business partners including vendors to identify business or system opportunities.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as Business Analyst working directly with a Development Pod.
3+ years of experience with software and/or eCommerce products.
Experience with agile software development processes, requirements management, and project management.
Strong understanding of multilayered, matrixed organization and establishing clear workflows.
Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, synthesizing multiple inputs/data points into clear conclusions and recommendations.
A strategic thinker able to structure clear approaches for solving complex, often-times ambiguous problems.
Highly analytical with demonstrated ability to drive modeling, research, analysis, etc.
Strong understanding of eCommerce systems and processes.
Superior organizational skills and ability to monitor, manage, and execute on a variety of tasks and efforts at differing stages of discovery and execution, handle a large request queue, and deliver in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in business or technology-related area of study preferred.
Travel Industry e-commerce experience preferred
May lead or direct the work of others.

Responsibilities

Possesses significative knowledge of their product and systems and how they integrate with other applications, services layers, downstream systems, and third-party tools. This helps them uncover and resolve dependencies between new requests and existing functionalities.
Assists in the inception, planning, prioritization and managing of a product backlog that meets customer needs and business strategy.
Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, to meet common goals, define solutions and resolve conflicting issues.
Supervises and helps discover, analyze, and diagram business needs and system behavior using different approaches based on the needs of the feature/request and the team. May lead large/complex estimation activities.
Ensures and improves the quality of work requests for the team (spikes, user stories, bugs) and system documentation.
Leads, directs, and provides business guidance to the implementation pod (lead programmers and testers) to ensure requirements are correctly understood and completed/validated.
Collaborate with other leaders to designs, validate and support complex functional and technical applications and systems.
Leads the triage and criticality analysis of development and production issues/bugs to determine root causes and possible resolutions.
Guides and supervises other Product Analysts, as well as organize and coordinate their work to ensure the delivery of cohesive and unified solutions.
Performs other duties as required, including regular Product Analyst tasks.
