About The Position

This position’s primary purpose is to deliver best in class processes, technology and support for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) at Tapestry. The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Customer Support and Issue Resolution to manage and lead all Supplier Management related projects and activities, oversee supplier onboarding processes, and champion the SAP Ariba (BuyingHub) P2P system within the organization. They will identify and provide strategic guidance on P2P/BuyingHub optimization projects, mentor the local support team in troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues, and educate and empower end users by organizing and leading training sessions throughout the region. This role serves as a point of escalation among senior leadership, the support team, and other business stakeholders, working cross-functionally between multiple teams within Tapestry and external partners to enhance Buying & Invoicing and Supplier Management initiatives. The analyst will also review and refresh training material and reference guides on a regular cadence, and deliver training to global audiences at all levels of the company. They will work independently with minimal guidance, understanding when to escalate or provide visibility to leaders & stakeholders, develop metrics, tools, and dashboards to track and report on key system metrics and efficiencies, and collaborate with the global team on projects and optimization efforts. Clear and proactive communication of status to project/team leads and stakeholders is essential, as is using accurate analysis, demonstrating strong project management skills, and exercising sound judgment to effectively solve problems, drive for results, and mitigate risk. Developing and maintaining the trust and confidence of team members and business stakeholders is also a key aspect of this role.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Procurement technologies and related ERP integration preferred (SAP Ariba & S4 HANA experience preferred); a combination of education and employment will be considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology (or other related degree programs) preferred
  • Understanding of leading P2P technology practices and trends
  • General experience of system administration
  • Strong project management skills and results orientation
  • Experience with global collaboration and good teamwork skills to work with other Company departments to plan and execute enhancements to the above technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated success in gathering data, conducting analyses, and generating high quality outputs
  • Strong facilitation skills to communicate and educate stakeholders across the Company
  • Strong demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Customer support mentality and experience, whether internally- or externally-facing, including an ability to prevent escalations
  • Ability to collaborate on international projects
  • Excellent organization, time management, and influencing skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience with process, quality control, and workflow management preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel user knowledge and skills for key excel capabilities, functions and formulas

Responsibilities
