MPA provides after-sales service parts support for Hyundai Motors, Kia Motors, and Genesis. In addition to the distribution of genuine service parts, the MPA Accessories division develops accessories for Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis - which are installed on new vehicles in the United States and Canada.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • 2-4 years of operations preferred
  • 4-6 years of Computers/Information Technology – Database Analyst Preferred
  • 1-2 years in Automotive Preferred
  • Related experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboard support, or business intelligence activities
  • Experience improving reporting processes, standardizing data inputs, documenting procedures, or supporting automation initiatives.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, report development, spreadsheets, databases, presentation tools, and common business systems; experience with automation tools, visualization platforms, and AI-enabled productivity tools is preferred.
  • Interpret and evaluate information from written, verbal, visual, and system-based sources in order to identify trends, assess reporting needs, solve data-related problems, and support sound business decisions.
  • Performs and facilitates the execution of administrative activities and procedures for the operation of an office or facility location. Serves as a trusted partner by providing support for administrative business management matters/activities. Prepares, updates, and manages reports, correspondence and other documents. Communicates organizational information to appropriate parties as required and coordinates planning and/or scheduling of meetings and events. Utilizes and stays current on available technology and office equipment.
  • Able to provide, collect, and organize valuable data to submit an accurate analysis of specific facts. This may directly impact the effectiveness of the decision-making process, ability to identify patterns, and the improvement of business performance.
  • Communicate effectively and appropriately by using good judgment to best communicate the message. Speak in a clear and credible manner, selecting the right tone for the situation and audience. Listens to others and allows them to make their point.
  • Takes a systematic approach in contributing to making the company's workflow more effective, efficient, and capable of adapting to an ever-changing environment. Able to effectively manage processes related to their job function and all contributing parties from start to finish.
  • Captures appropriate data from external and internal sources. Organizes and maintains data processes to meet ongoing information life cycle needs. Securely stores data when not in use and destroys confidential information that is no longer needed and/or relevant to the organization. If there is a digital storage process in place, this individual should be familiar with how to navigate seamlessly and should be a resource to others with the appropriate level of access.

  • Bachelor Degree Preferred
  • Experience with advanced Excel, SQL, Python, visualization tools, automation platforms, or AI-enabled analysis tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead data collection, consolidation, and validation activities for key business unit reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely availability of information for recurring and ad hoc analysis.
  • Maintain and enhance recurring reports, scorecards, trackers, and dashboards by improving report structure, metric definitions, data quality checks, and overall usability for business stakeholders.
  • Support leadership and cross-functional partners by responding to data and reporting requests, preparing analytical summaries, identifying trends and exceptions, and translating findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Identify, develop, and support automation opportunities that reduce manual reporting effort, improve cycle time, and strengthen consistency across data preparation, report generation, and distribution processes.
  • Maintain organized reporting documentation, data dictionaries, process references, and version-controlled records to support transparency, repeatability, and effective knowledge sharing.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes by standardizing inputs, simplifying workflows, improving metric alignment, and helping users understand reporting standards, definitions, and best practices.
  • Support the evaluation and adoption of system enhancements, AI agents, and digital tools that strengthen data analysis, improve report accuracy, accelerate insight generation, and expand self-service reporting capabilities.
