Sr. Analyst, Organic Search

Augurian•Saint Paul, MN

About The Position

Data is only as valuable as the decisions it drives. As a Senior Analyst of Organic Search, you’re the person who turns raw performance data into strategic direction—identifying what’s working, what’s not, and what to do about it. You’ll run in-depth analyses of SEO and AEO initiatives, measure content performance, and translate findings into recommendations that clients can act on. This isn’t a role where you hand off a spreadsheet and call it done. You’re expected to advise—to frame insights through a business lens and help clients understand what the data means for their goals. You’ll also be an early adopter and power user of AI tools, finding ways to work faster and dig deeper. Our clients span B2B organizations with complex sales cycles through to multi-location businesses in higher education, healthcare, retail, and grocery, so you’ll gain deep exposure to both lead-based pipeline strategy and in-store and ecommerce impact. If you’re someone who gets excited about finding the insight no one else saw and explaining why it matters, you’ll thrive here.
