Responsibilities also include coordinating end-user enablement, performing post-production validation, and administering NPS surveys to gather feedback for the product roadmap. The role involves leading product demonstrations, providing stakeholder updates through Agile ceremonies, and recommending release timing and configuration assignments. Collaboration with o9 Operations SMEs and Modelling SMEs is crucial for ensuring operational readiness and validating functionality.
