About The Position

The Sr. Analyst, Materials Planning, SIOP monitors important system health metrics and key performance indicators on a weekly and monthly basis. The role also supports the team and leadership with reporting and analysis requested by internal customers. This is a hybrid position, with employees regularly working both onsite and offsite; the onsite/offsite ratio is determined in partnership with the employee’s leader. U.S. citizenship is required to access information under the program or contract.

Requirements

A university degree or equivalent experience, and at least 2 years of relevant experience; alternatively, an advanced degree in a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Finance.
Experience with material and inventory control systems or approaches such as Kanban, SMI, or Continuous Flow Manufacturing.
U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

MRP or SAP PRISM experience.
Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts.
Experience working across multiple business areas and interfacing at all levels of an organization.
Experience coordinating with various disciplines.
Experience with analysis, prioritizing, and working under pressure.
