The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the U.S. Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. The Senior Analyst of Marketing Enablement is responsible for overseeing and maintaining a portfolio of marketing campaigns across multiple channels – sometimes executed in partnership with external brands such as hospitality, travel, or financial industry partners. This role will drive compliant, high-quality and on-time end-to-end campaign execution delivery as a central source of expertise of our internal marketing capabilities and the channels/experiences they own. This individual will ensure marketing strategies are met by assessing nuances, scope, and feasibility to translate into launch milestones. This role will collaborate closely with various teams within US Consumer Marketing, Enterprise Communications & MarTech Experiences (ECMX), Governance and Compliance Partners, and various channel execution teams to support campaign setup. This role will also develop process efficiencies to deliver on the marketing plan with excellence and innovate core execution processes to improve efficiency, quality, and speed-to-market. This role will also support contractors who implement the end-to-end marketing campaigns.
