This role plays a critical role in driving long-term engagement by translating data into clear insights and strategic action. This role partners closely with marketing and several other internal teams to understand member behavior, optimize acquisition and re-engagement efforts, and translate insights into actionable strategies. It goes beyond reporting to shape strategy—helping BCU understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to invest for the greatest impact. Success requires analytical thinking, strong data storytelling, and comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
