About The Position

Customer Excellence is a team that is responsible for promoting data-informed decision-making across North America business units, translating sophisticated data into actionable insights! We serve as a link between business partners and data teams, blending hands-on analysis with strategic influence. We apply customer data sources as well as a cost to serve model to highlight areas of opportunities for improvement. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA. A day in the life of a Senior Analyst Logistics:

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in data science, Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven solid skills in SQL, Excel and Data visualization models (Tableau, PBI)
Experience translating complex data into business recommendations
Good communication and partner management skills

Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that impact business performance.
Offer insights based on data to improve cost to serve strategies, company performance, and customer involvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks while ensuring data quality, consistency, and standardized metrics.
Help define analytics guidelines and reporting standards through translating business needs into analytical frameworks and benchmarks.
Present insights clearly and timely to senior partners and multi-functional teams.
