Sr Analyst II Software Engineering - CC

As a Sr Analyst II Software Engineering - CC, you will collaborate with the software development team to design, code, and test software solutions, with a focus on developing and maintaining critical components. You will work with senior team members to meet project requirements and deadlines, actively participating in design and code reviews. This role involves contributing to troubleshooting and problem-solving in software development, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, and participating in the development and documentation of software requirements and specifications. You will also debug and resolve complex production issues, working closely with senior engineers and support teams, and stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices, researching and proposing innovative solutions. Additionally, you will assist in mentoring and guiding junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise, and take ownership of challenging technical tasks and collaborate on architectural decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role years of relevant software engineering experience
- Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
- Proficiency in coding and debugging complex software components
- Familiarity with software development practices and methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to challenging technical tasks
Nice To Haves
- Advanced degree in a related field is a plus
- Relevant certifications or training a plus
Responsibilities
