About The Position

Restaurant Brands International Inc. (RBI) is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance, Services to manage RBI’s Services groups. This role involves partnering with the CPSO and their direct reports, leading cross-functional efforts, and providing financial analysis and reporting for G&A and Capex. RBI is one of the world's largest quick service restaurant companies with nearly $45 billion in annual system-wide sales and over 32,000 restaurants in more than 120 countries and territories. RBI owns four prominent quick service restaurant brands: TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES®, and FIREHOUSE SUBS®. The company is committed to growing these brands through its Restaurant Brands for Good framework, focusing on sustainable outcomes for food, the planet, and people and communities. This position requires a 5-day, in-office work schedule to foster collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineers, Math, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Minimum 3 years finance/ accounting relevant professional experience
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment

  • Onestream /SAP/Coupa knowledge is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead Service G&A and Capex by providing monthly, quarterly, annual and long-range budget/forecast.
  • Own G&A and Capex variance analysis comparing actual results to budgets/forecasts and prior year results for internal reporting.
  • Present G&A and Capex monthly results to business owners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of content.
  • Present G&A and Capex results to senior leadership on a monthly basis.
  • Provide ad hoc support and financial modeling for various projects, producing actionable insights.
  • Introduce meaningful analytical models for the cross-functional leadership team, identifying opportunities to help guide the CPSO strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with expense owners to create and manage purchase orders in Coupa.
  • Reconcile existing purchase orders with the internal Global Business Partners team by working with vendors to clear existing accounts/invoices.
  • Process invoices for payment within contractual payment terms.
  • Communicate organized and accurate statuses of payments and purchase orders to internal teams.
