A successful incumbent is expected to Provide operational leadership in the design, development, implementation, administration and communication of global wellbeing programs Lead the design, development, execution, and continuous improvement of our onboarding program — ensuring an effective, engaging experience for new hires Evaluate and optimize wellbeing programs for market competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business strategy to attract and retain top talent Partner across functions to support the development, and realization of our broader people and culture strategy focusing on Employee Engagement, Inclusion & Belonging, and Wellbeing related goals.
