About The Position

The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day. The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. The Cobrand team within the US Consumer Marketing Group is responsible for delivering sustained revenue growth by making partner marketing a core growth engine and strategic differentiator across every cobrand. The Senior Analyst, Delta Customer Marketing will play a key role in driving growth across the Delta Cobrand portfolio by developing and executing customer marketing strategies that increase cardmember value, engagement, and revenue. The role manages a portfolio of customer treatments—including upgrades, supplementary cards, and lending offers—across Delta and American Express channels, partnering closely with Delta stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven growth. This role sits at the intersection of partnership management, marketing strategy, analytics, and execution, offering significant exposure to senior stakeholders across both American Express and Delta. This role offers unique exposure to one of American Express' largest and most strategic cobrand partnerships, providing opportunities to influence customer growth strategy, partner engagement, and portfolio performance across both Delta and American Express channels.

Requirements
