About The Position

The Sr. Analyst, Delivery Performance partners closely with the Manager of Delivery Performance and the Digital Execution team to drive delivery sales growth. This role sits within the Delivery Growth team and leverages data, analytics, and insights to optimize performance across third-party platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub). This individual will lead the development and maintenance of Tableau dashboards, conduct in-depth analyses on weekly promotional performance, and identify trends and opportunities to improve Delivery sales. The role also owns the ETL process for ingesting and updating Snowflake data from third-party delivery platforms, with an emphasis on automating manual workflows and improving data reliability. In addition to digital initiatives, this role will support analytics for offline promotional efforts, such as paper coupon performance, connecting these insights back to overall sales impact and customer behavior. The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail-oriented problem solver who can balance deep analytical work with a broader business perspective and effectively manage projects across multiple stakeholders to deliver measurable results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or digital performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven ability to work with large, complex dataset, efficiently manipulating and analyzing data to surface clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards that communicate performance stories to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Sharp analytical instincts with a track record of identifying trends and translating them into business recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate effectively with minimal direction and navigate ambiguity, demonstrating strong ownership, initiative, and sound decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong project management habits and a natural ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Manager of Delivery Performance and Digital Execution team to drive growth in delivery sales across third-party platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub).
  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards; analyze weekly promotional performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize digital sales.
  • Document data processes, workflows, and methodologies to improve transparency, scalability, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Own and optimize ETL processes for ingesting third-party data into Snowflake, with a focus on automation and improving data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct both digital and offline (e.g., paper coupon) promotional analytics, connecting performance insights to overall sales impact and customer behavior.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through reports, presentations, and dashboards, while collaborating cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making.
