The Sr. Analyst, Delivery Performance partners closely with the Manager of Delivery Performance and the Digital Execution team to drive delivery sales growth. This role sits within the Delivery Growth team and leverages data, analytics, and insights to optimize performance across third-party platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub). This individual will lead the development and maintenance of Tableau dashboards, conduct in-depth analyses on weekly promotional performance, and identify trends and opportunities to improve Delivery sales. The role also owns the ETL process for ingesting and updating Snowflake data from third-party delivery platforms, with an emphasis on automating manual workflows and improving data reliability. In addition to digital initiatives, this role will support analytics for offline promotional efforts, such as paper coupon performance, connecting these insights back to overall sales impact and customer behavior. The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail-oriented problem solver who can balance deep analytical work with a broader business perspective and effectively manage projects across multiple stakeholders to deliver measurable results.
