About The Position

Moderna is seeking a strong candidate to support the Contract Operations Team. The Sr. Analyst, Contract Operations, reporting to the Director, Contract Operations, is responsible for assisting with operational aspects of Moderna’s Contract Administration including, but not limited to contract and pricing implementation, membership maintenance. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience may be substituted as appropriate.
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical contracts, membership, chargebacks, rebates, Class of Trade, and industry identifiers (including DEA, HIN, and 340B ID)
  • Strong excel experience
  • Experience with researching issues and resolving using various data points internally and public
  • Ability to work collaboratively across the team and other functions and communicate your thoughts in a clear and professional manner verbally and in a presentation setting.
  • A self-starter with the ability to thrive in a quickly adapting, matrixed and high-growth environment.
  • Skill in tracking and managing multiple issues, effectively prioritizing and adjusting mid-course, when necessary

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Model N or Revenue Management systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Participates in contract, pricing and membership administration, and customer contract activities to provide for proper contract implementation and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Works closely with chargeback team to monitor transactions and ensure accurate membership.
  • Build relationship with wholesaler contacts to ensure proper loading of contracts, memberships and pricing.
  • Assists Commercial Operations and Rebate Analysts with researching and resolving pricing related discrepancies.
  • Ensure all SOX controls are met and supported with appropriate documentation.
  • Participate in and support SOX-related, internal and external audits.
  • Maintain department logs, mailboxes and documents, as needed.
  • Adhoc analysis as needed.
