About The Position
Join the finance and accounting department in a hybrid role at the Mason, Ohio location. The Sr Analyst - Claims collaborates with process leaders to enhance operational reporting and performs in-depth analytics to identify process opportunities. The role also supports month-end close activities, analyzes financial data, retrieves and mines data from key systems, and prepares reports and trend analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- ERP system knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SAP.
Responsibilities
- Develop KPIs and enhance operational reporting.
- Perform analytics to highlight process opportunities.
- Complete month-end close responsibilities and analyze financial data.
- Retrieve and mine data from key systems such as SAP and Business Objects.
- Prepare reports, graphs, and trend analyses.
- Coordinate with management to summarize financial and operational data.
