About The Position

The Classified Document Control (CDC) office provides classification management oversight in accordance with company policy, work instructions, 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM and related CFRs, Executive Orders, ITAR/EAR, international security regulations, and customer requirements. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, processing DD254s, accuracy/integrity in classified data management tracking in Access Commander, compiling metrics, maintaining control and accountability of classified documents/media, receipt and dispatch of classified material via approved transmission methods, packing, shipping, and handling. CSMM processes Global Security Services Request System (GSSRS) requests for classified material movement, custodian/safe transfers, and inventory requests. Additionally, CDC team members process, track, and conduct security briefings for access to prescribed information, create and conduct security training both internally and to the general employee population working with classified information and maintain CDC work instruction compliance with ever changing government/customer regulations.

Requirements

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Experience working with NISP, NISPOM, DoD directives, policies, regulations, executive orders, and CFRs.
  • Data management experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Nice To Haves

  • Current Top-Secret clearance
  • Knowledge of classification management processes to include control and accountability of classified material, Access Commander, National Industrial Security System (NISS).
  • In depth working knowledge of the NISPOM.
  • Detail oriented in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
  • Knowledge of NSA destruction requirements for destruction of classified and sensitive material.
  • Knowledge of caveats, handling requirements, and associated markings for NATO, FGI, RD, CNWDI, etc.
  • Experience with Contract Security Classification Specifications (DD Form 254).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent writing, speaking, analytical, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to develop solutions for issues of moderate complexity and scope.
  • Ability to develop, administer and execute office/organizational directives and procedures.
  • Must be a self-starter and capable of working with a limited level of supervision and guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with government customers and Raytheon employees at all levels

  • Support GSS security projects, policy reviews, and all government assessments.
  • Perform accountability of all Classified material on the site
  • Conduct access briefings for Raytheon employees
  • Provide customers training to properly handle classified material
