About The Position

The Senior Supervisor, Security will perform a wide variety of tasks as part of the Special Access Programs (SAP) Security Team. Your primary duty is to manage a PERSEC team of 4 employees. Other duties include but are not limited to: developing, reviewing and administering the program’s security policies in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment to ensure compliance with the NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, JSIG, and ICD-705. The Principal Analyst, Security will provide oversight and guidance related to security policies and procedures to ensure successful contract execution. Must be able to obtain and maintain SAP access.

Requirements

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Products
  • Experience with ISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, JSIG, and ICD-705.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • DoD Clearance: Top Secret
  • Active and existing security clearance required on day 1

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a security professional supporting SAP Personnel Security
  • Experience with any of the following: NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, JSIG, and/or ICD 705.
  • Degree major in Business Management, Security and/or Risk Management, Government Policy, Information Management, Criminal Justice, or other related field of study.
  • At least 6 years of National Security experience preferred.
  • Completed related training and/or certification with DCSA and/or CDSE (ex. Introduction to SAPs, ICD-705, SFPC, SPSC, PSC, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Personnel Security Specialists by establishing schedules, prioritizing assignments, providing training and oversight.
  • Ensure personnel security packages are compliant to support access requests for Special Access Programs.
  • Develop, prepare, and implement novel processes to improve output in accordance with Raytheon CORE (lean/six sigma) operating system.
  • Partner with the Sr Security Manager to ensure processes are integrated across the programs.
  • Ensure compliance of operations in accordance with DoDM 5205.07, CFR 32 Part 117, DoD 5200.02, DoD 5200.48, DoD 5105.21 and internal company policy.
  • Conduct and/or participate in internal reviews and/or Government inspections.
  • Maintain records and databases related to program access.
  • Collect metrics, perform data analysis and submit reports to senior/program management.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews to develop, mentor and train personnel.
  • Administering security procedures (NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 series, ICD 705, and JSIG), as they relate to operating in a classified environment for: personnel processing, marking and control of documents/materials, security education, and visitor control.
  • Develop, prepare, implement local SOPs, and Training Plans
  • Investigate security infractions/violations and prepare reports specifying the potential for loss or compromise and the associated risk to the program(s).
  • This position may require travel on company business.
  • A valid driver’s license is required, as this position may involve escorting individuals across business locations
