About The Position

Signify Health’s Client Operations team is seeking a Business Analyst to execute client reporting strategy, with an emphasis on technical troubleshooting and outbound reporting systems supporting analytics, member health data reporting, and operational reporting. The role drives technical execution so that data ingestion and reporting deliver value to members, providers, and clients and support key outcomes. The analyst designs reporting solutions that translate business and client needs into systems, oversees implementation and data ingestion, and ensures the accuracy and integrity of data used in reporting and analytical tools. The role serves as the data and reporting owner for multiple clients, managing backlogs and prioritizing enhancements and issue resolution using Agile methods. It also works with executive stakeholders, clients, and operations teams to interpret requirements, communicate progress, and maintain strong relationships across business units. This is a remote position in the United States with some travel required. The role is full-time, with 40 anticipated weekly hours. The listed base pay range is $46,988 to $102,000, and the position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program. Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or data-focused Product Owner, with exposure to data governance and quality initiatives.
SQL proficiency, including experience writing queries for investigation, root-cause analysis, and precise reporting logic.
1 to 4 years of stakeholder management experience, including building relationships and explaining technical details to non-technical audiences.
Ability to elicit, document, and manage requirements and maintain traceability from the initial client request through development and final validation.
Ability to build and sustain strong relationships and serve as a trusted data advisor.
Ability to learn systems and data structures quickly to support technical troubleshooting and resolution.
Ability to prioritize competing work based on business and client needs and explain prioritization decisions to influence prioritization.
Expert-level skills with Microsoft Excel.
Experience with file transfer, file structure, and tools such as Move It.
Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
Experience with data analytics programs such as Alteryx, Tableau, or Power BI.
Proficiency in Agile methodology and tools such as JIRA.

Nice To Haves

3 to 5 years of healthcare experience, including hands-on familiarity with healthcare concepts and data such as claims data formats, risk adjustment methodologies, and member eligibility and enrollment.
Prior project management experience.
Ability to solve complex technical problems by tracing data from generation and ingestion through systems and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree, specialized training, or a relevant professional qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

Design reporting solutions that translate business and client needs into systems supporting client requirements.
Work with executive stakeholders, clients, and operations teams to translate business objectives and workflow changes into standard and custom reporting.
Own data and reporting for multiple clients, manage the backlog, and prioritize enhancements and issue resolution using Agile methodologies such as JIRA.
Develop requirements with a solutions-oriented perspective and provide recommendations.
Oversee program and report implementation and data ingestion, using dashboards and queries to identify issues early.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data used in reporting and analytical tools.
Build and manage relationships with stakeholders across multiple business units and interpret client business requirements.
Communicate updates, progress, and results clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
