About The Position

We are looking for a Sr Advisor Energy Solutions to join our Team of engineers dedicated to working hand-in-hand with large manufacturing customers on tackling complex challenges to uncover ways to help them use natural gas more efficiently within their facilities. In this role you will consult with a diverse portfolio of manufacturers, tackling unique challenges and gaining exposure across a multitude of industries. Your role involves learning about customer’s processes and facilities, educating them on their energy use, and leveraging technical expertise to aid customers to make informed decisions. Requirements

• Engineering Degree required, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Six or more years of directly related experience in process engineering, project engineering, continuous improvement, or technical consulting in industrial environments.
• P.Eng designation registered with the PEO (Professional Engineers of Ontario) or similar professional organization is required.
• Leading and influencing without explicit authority.
• Demonstrates strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work well both independently, and with others and build strong team dynamics; open-mindedness; strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for problem solving.

Nice To Haves

• Energy Management certification (such as Certified Energy Manager) is preferred but not required.
