About The Position

Your contributions will enhance operational efficiency and safety across multiple sectors. You will impact the development of systems/software solutions for the Flight Systems development team, contributing to the success of our products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of advanced systems, including the design, development, integration and testing of Air Data systems and software efforts.
• Lead teams of engineers that cover multiple engineering disciplines.
• Main interface to customers, internal support groups, and external suppliers.
• Provide successful execution of complex engineering projects.
• Implement and enforce security measures and compliance standards to safeguard systems and data.
• Lead the deployment and configuration of systems, ensuring they are installed correctly, tested rigorously, and perform optimally.
• Provide technical leadership in identifying and resolving system issues, minimizing downtime, and ensuring systems remain operational.
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, implement enhancements, and contribute to the optimization of operations.
