About The Position

Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the People and Culture Team, supporting employee lifecycle processes, HRIS data management, personnel records, and related People Operations activities across multiple business lines. Works with limited supervision to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant completion of People Operations activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with course work after high school and job-related training.
  • 5-8 years of experience in administrative support, Human Resources, People Operations, HRIS administration, or a related function, with demonstrated experience supporting employee lifecycle processes and maintaining accurate personnel records.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong computer skills with demonstrated ability to accurately enter, maintain, analyze, and reconcile data within HRIS and other business systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with employees, managers, internal departments, and external business partners.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a data-intensive environment.
  • Ability to compile, review, reconcile, and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Skill in preparing clear and concise reports, procedures, correspondence, and other written materials.
  • Proficiency with applicable computer applications and HRIS systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience with applicable employment laws, regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience with CORE HCM, Power BI, or other HRIS and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate and efficient personnel records and supporting employee lifecycle activities, including system onboarding, employee changes, transfers, and terminations within the HRIS.
  • Working directly with employees, managers, and internal departments to support People Operations activities and ensure timely and accurate communication and processing of personnel information.
  • Reviewing, updating, and maintaining employee documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and applicable requirements.
  • Researching and resolving discrepancies in employee and HRIS data and supporting data audits and reporting activities.
  • Using various software applications to prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and exercising appropriate discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
