About The Position

The Sr. Administrator for the OEM/OES Sales Department provides support to Sales team. This role is responsible for supporting sales operations through trade show and expo preparation, regional customer events, sales meetings, and training coordination. The Sr. Administrator will also support the sales team through sales promotion development, CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Epicor, etc.) training and guidance, sales reporting (e.g., Epicor, Tableau), presentation preparation, and coordination of sales samples with internal departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting multiple sales initiatives while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and a customer-focused mindset.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM reporting and user support.
  • Experience creating and maintaining sales dashboards and reports in the company's MRP system. (e.g., Epicor, Tableau).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting OEM/OES sales in the commercial truck, trailer, automotive, or heavy-duty manufacturing industry.
  • Experience coordinating trade shows, expos, and customer events.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and customer account support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating internal and customer-facing meetings, including agendas, presentations, travel coordination, and follow-up documentation.
  • Organize and coordinate preparations for commercial truck and trailer industry expos, regional customer trade shows, and customer events.
  • Support logistics planning, including booth materials, promotional items, product literature, shipping coordination, and event schedules.
  • Provide administrative support for sales training events, ensuring materials and resources are prepared and distributed in advance.
  • Assist in developing promotional programs and sales tools to present to OEM/OES customers.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Leadership to ensure promotions align with strategic objectives.
  • Maintain organized records of promotional programs, supporting documents, and customer-facing materials.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Epicor) to support the sales team in daily use, and call reports from customer meetings.
  • Provide training, guidance, and troubleshooting support to sales team members on CRM processes and best practices.
  • Assist in ensuring CRM and call report accuracy through proper opportunity tracking, account maintenance, and activity documentation.
  • Support adoption and compliance with internal CRM reporting expectations.
  • Assist sales team members with preparing, organizing, and submitting customer call reports in CRM.
  • Ensure call reports are completed accurately and consistently, supporting proper tracking of customer activity and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain internal documentation systems for customer interactions, meeting notes, and sales activity reporting in CRM.
  • Develop, maintain, and update sales reporting dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Epicor) for internal sales reports.
  • Support in developing annual sales plans for the sales department.
  • Provide sales team members with ongoing sales report support and assistance.
  • Generate recurring and custom sales reports related to pipeline, forecasting, customer activity, and promotional performance.
  • Assist Sales Leadership with report preparation for internal business reviews and customer presentations.
  • Coordinate sales sample requests and shipments for OEM/OES customers.
  • Work closely with internal departments, including Product Development, Engineering, Purchasing, and Plant to ensure sample availability and timely delivery.
  • Track and maintain records of sample requests, shipments, and customer follow-up.
  • Provide administrative support to OEM/OES Sales team members, including scheduling, document preparation, and communication coordination.
  • Assist with organizing customer presentations, internal reports, and sales materials.
  • Support additional sales operations activities as assigned.
