About The Position

The Senior Accountant position is responsible for functioning in a professional and knowledgeable manner. This position is an experienced level position that reports directly to the Accounting Manager and will perform the following responsibilities: ( Salary 85-105k)

Requirements

• Currently hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 5-7 years of experience; CPA Preferred
• Extensive hands on experience with the responsibilities/duties listed above
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Excel and Word
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality with regard to the information that is processed
• Ability to work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other corporate team members and operational team members
• Ability to work well under pressure and within short deadlines
• Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and reconcile key intercompany accounts
• Assist with lease accounting and related disclosures
• Update and review monthly reporting in OneStream
• Manage, calculate, and reconcile Vendor Rebate Programs
• Manage and coordinate risk management requirements
• Perform monthly account reconciliations
• Significant involvement in month end closing process
• Identify and manage projects to drive process improvements
• Assist with Internal and External Audit requirements
• Other responsibilities as assigned
